About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $170,000 per year.

This is a full-time position responsible for developing and maintaining life sciences content curation and delivery systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data transformation and integration pipelines using AWS Lambda, SQS, Fargate, and S3.
  • Develop sophisticated informatics solutions that drive efficiencies in content curation and workflow process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the building of new scientific information management systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in data engineering with proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience working with AWS DevOps tools such as git, Cloud Development Kit, CDK Pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of databases technologies including NoSQL, relational, property graph, RDF/triple store.
