  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and the company.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong background in international operations and customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of export regulations and procedures, as well as freight forwarding principles and practices.
