About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Brand Manager to join our Auto and Consumer Lending team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance the market presence and customer perception of our auto and consumer lending products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to coordinate relationships and communication between brands and organizations, ensuring coordination and accountability of shared goals and objectives.
  • Support Auto Relationship Managers or Sales Advisors in enhancing business productivity and improving client acquisition strategy.
  • Act as a top subject matter expert within Business Growth Strategy functional area, leading initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities.
  • Manage the process to identify and purchase auto loans in the secondary market and potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead business growth strategies for business development, requiring in-depth evaluation and analysis.
  • Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth and minimize expenses.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding the implementation of innovative and significant business strategies that significantly influence the business and financial operations.
  • Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide, serving as an experienced advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 5+ years of Auto Industry experience, Direct Auto Finance Lending experience, or Strategic Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience in Brand Management, preferably in the financial services or consumer lending industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources.
  • A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
