Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant - Senior Living

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our senior living clients.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
  • Implementing individualized care plans to promote client health and safety
  • Educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Accurately documenting client care management and services provided
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
