Job Overview

The Salesforce Administrator at DealerOn, Inc. plays a pivotal role in streamlining business processes, ensuring system efficiency, and monitoring new releases. This multifaceted position involves automating complex tasks, implementing and configuring Salesforce, and creating reports and dashboards to maintain data quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Salesforce-related initiatives, facilitating, monitoring, coordinating, and communicating expectations for successful development of departmental services.
  • Lead and conduct ad hoc organizational capability assessments to improve effectiveness as required or requested.
  • Create and maintain list views, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Customize Salesforce apps, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain workflow rules to automate business processes.
  • Manage organization-wide defaults to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper user maintenance, including permissions and role hierarchy.
  • Implement security and data management best practices.
  • Gather requirements for new processes with stakeholders and document them effectively.
  • Train new users on utilizing Salesforce effectively.
  • Monitor support intake channels to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SFDC administration.
  • Ability to effectively utilize workflows, process builder, and data integration tools.
  • In-depth understanding of customization options within Salesforce.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot to develop Salesforce solutions.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to prioritize business needs based on importance, urgency, or impact.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Internet and Security technologies to integrate data between systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce App Cloud, Lightning, and Mobile Application Platforms.
  • Experience using and configuring JIRA and connecting it to Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of business processes and IT project delivery methodologies, such as SDLC, agile methodology, and the development of continuous integration.

Salary Range: $62,800 - $120,300

The salary range provided is for the lifetime of the role and may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law.
