  • Uphold a high standard of service with every customer interaction.
  • Accurately process all transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the retail space on a daily basis.
  • Assist in unpacking, stocking, organizing, and pricing merchandise as required.
  • Support the inventory management of vending machines.
  • Stay informed about and comply with all new policies and procedures within the Merchandising Department.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory, which may involve lifting, counting, and using a step ladder.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Practice patience and active listening skills.

Qualifications:
(Relevant education and experience may be considered interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.)

  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
  • Must pass an alcohol and drug screening.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
