We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Supply and Inventory Planner within our Industry Automation division in North America. This position is integral to the comprehensive supply chain planning processes, serving as the vital connection between customer forecasts, supply strategies, and inventory assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Distribution Requirement Planning process utilizing Kinaxis.
  • Establish and refine the Replenishment Strategy and Supply Chain Parameters, ensuring consistency in Master Data to enhance customer service while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Contribute to the SIOP by organizing and leading comprehensive Supply Reviews.
  • Demonstrate Ownership by proactively identifying potential supply risks in manufacturing and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and manage inventory adjustments in alignment with strategic inventory initiatives, industrial transfers, product launches, and product discontinuations.
  • Communicate effectively with all partners, simplifying complex scenarios to facilitate quick decision-making and progress.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and a holistic understanding of the supply chain planning processes to positively impact customer satisfaction through optimized inventory forecasts and risk management.
Qualifications for Success:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
  • Solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Planning and global supply chain principles.
  • Experience with Kinaxis, SAP, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
