Medical Assistant

Gastro Health is a leading gastroenterology multi-specialty group seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and room patients, ensuring efficient patient flow and accurate documentation.
- Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider.
- Administer treatments and procedures in accordance with physician's orders.
- Provide patient education and personal care to ensure comfort and well-being.
- Process refills for prescriptions following clinic protocol.
- Collaborate with fellow clinic employees, managers, and providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant.
