Nurse Residency Program for Graduate Nurses

At CHI, we are committed to supporting the transition of new graduate nurses into practice. Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide a comprehensive and evidence-based clinical orientation, as well as a 12-month transition-to-practice platform. This program is open to graduate nurses from an accredited school of nursing with a 3.0 grade point average and less than 12 months of professional nursing experience.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate nurses from an accredited school of nursing

Minimum Nursing Degree Requirements:
