Program Manager

Job Description:

As a Program Manager at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will lead the management, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs (multi-year, large cost and scope, etc.) and/or the oversight and governance of programs to ensure alignment to the line of business strategic imperatives and to monitor program health.

You will work to achieve multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall program benefits. You will define multiple program strategies based on business demand and return on investment expectations.

You will partner with customer leadership on establishing effective change & communication plan, information distribution, and cross-CoSA collaboration.

You will enforce the agile process workflow and hold individual team members accountable for responsibilities and commitments.

You will anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions. You will own and drive those solutions.

You will lead key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to shape discussions and share best-in-class practices.

You will have impeccable communication and time management skills, and expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large AI&Client programs/initiatives, advanced data analytics engagements including model development
  • Establish programs and lead them end to end while scaling for growth
  • Manage multiple teams
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
  • Navigate ambiguous situations
  • Communicate with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy
  • Develop strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy
  • Assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customer's strategic objectives
  • Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros)
  • Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe)
Requirements:
  • Expertise in leading large AI&Client programs/initiatives, advanced data analytics engagements including model development
  • Experience with establishing programs and leading them end to end while scaling for growth
  • Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams
  • Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
