Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a great in-store shopping experience for our customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and sales strategies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Positively resolve customer service-related issues as they arise and determine a resolution or escalate further, communicating all issues and resolutions to Store Management.
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months
- Skills: Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers), strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work well within a team.
