Hybrid Sales Executive Team Leader

About the Role
Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive Team Leader to join our team. As a Sales Executive Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives in achieving sales targets and providing guidance on sales strategies and techniques.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective owners, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with Sales Management to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Executives on their sales performance, and work with them to improve their sales skills and techniques.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales training programs, and provide training and support to Sales Executives as needed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to Sales Management on sales trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software applications.
