We invite you to become a part of our team as an Engagement Manager specializing in SAP FICO within our Global Consulting Practice. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of superior solution designs that cater to both present and future business requirements. Your responsibilities will include assessing various options to fulfill business goals, orchestrating SAP Record to Report initiatives, and supervising cross-project processes along with design governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business requirements workshops aimed at developing and implementing S/4 HANA solutions for the Finance & Controlling domain.
- Develop a global template rooted in industry-leading practices.
- Lead comprehensive design workshops, utilizing your extensive experience in global SAP implementations.
- Provide strategic leadership in intricate fit/gap analyses and design choices.
- Oversee the inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Deliver functional expertise in S4HANA and counsel on S/4 HANA integration.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Record to Report.
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on SAP solutions.
- Highlight best practices within SAP FI CO modules and Controlling.
- Drive transformation initiatives and manage ERP projects successfully.
- Guide junior team members and ensure the achievement of project objectives.
- Participate in project estimation, planning, and integration with essential systems.
- Efficiently manage resources and demonstrate a willingness to travel as necessary.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP consulting.
