We are seeking a highly qualified Health Sciences Lecturer to join our team at James Madison University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate Health Sciences courses, including large sections of HTH 100: Personal Wellness, and participating in service at the departmental, college, and university levels.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate Health Sciences courses within the general education curriculum and the Health Sciences major curriculum.
- Participate in service at the departmental, college, and university levels.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in health sciences, health education and promotion, public health, or a related field, and demonstrate excellence in teaching. Prior university teaching experience, experience teaching large classes, and maintenance of the CHES and/or CPH credential are preferred qualifications.
