POSITION SUMMARY

The seasoned Program Coordinator oversees significant technology initiatives. Responsibilities encompass the orchestration and fulfillment of projects within established timelines, budgets, and parameters. Supervise all facets of projects, establish deadlines, delegate tasks, and track and summarize project advancements. Generate reports for senior management regarding project status.

The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with organizational personnel to guarantee that deliverables align with the specified scope and budget. They will liaise with various departments to ensure that all project components are compatible and adhere to the organization's operational protocols.

Preferred qualifications include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or 2-4 years of experience in a project management role within a technology-focused environment. Familiarity with diverse technology concepts, practices, and procedures is advantageous. The candidate must leverage experience and insight to strategize and achieve objectives, manage a variety of tasks, and guide team members. A significant degree of creativity and flexibility is anticipated. Reports to the Chief Information Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for the execution of multiple initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Guarantee resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Evaluate performance using suitable project management tools and methodologies.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, specifically analyzing the successful achievement of both short and long-term objectives.
  • Participate in conferences and training as required to maintain expertise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Prior experience with technology applications and systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology-focused environment is preferred.
