Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for the physical therapy department.

- Ensuring compliance with documentation, billing, and coding standards for therapy services.

- Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for therapy equipment and practices.

- Engaging in regular meetings to discuss resident care and discharge planning.

- Upholding professional standards and ethical practices in accordance with state laws and professional associations.

Additional Responsibilities

Promotes a culture of respect and dignity for all residents, ensuring their rights are upheld. Responsibilities include:

- Adhering to facility policies and procedures.

- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident information.

- Participating in safety drills and emergency preparedness training.

- Reporting any incidents or concerns regarding resident care to appropriate personnel.
