About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with customers on automotive repairs and maintenance, identifying solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service. They will also be involved in scheduling appointments, creating estimates, and collecting payments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and experience with BMW, MINI or Mercedes-Benz.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an automotive-related role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with BMW, MINI or Mercedes-Benz
  • A valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a 4-day work week, 2 weeks paid vacation, and paid holidays.
