Job Overview
The Channel Program Operations and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role within the Channel Marketing team. This position is tasked with delivering operational guidance for Marvin's Channel Programs while developing and overseeing the systems, processes, and policies that underpin these marketing initiatives. The Manager is accountable for the operational framework, guidelines, documentation, and reporting, ensuring that all programs operate efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with established regulations.
This role necessitates collaboration across various departments, including legal, marketing, accounting, finance, and IT, to maintain program governance and ensure adherence to financial and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and compliance of Channel Marketing Programs, which encompass co-op advertising, dealer dedication, and segment-based initiatives.
- Develop, audit, update, and manage all program documentation, including work instructions, policies, and customer-facing materials related to dealer programs.
- Manage and supervise all tools, data, and reports associated with the programs.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions to facilitate efficient and consistent program execution.
- Lead technology development, performance measurement, and reporting for dealer programs.
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce CRM and dealer-facing program portal structure and data fields to enhance user experience and data supervision.
- Direct all aspects of reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and customers, incorporating user feedback and business requirements.
- Provide essential information for internal audits and develop plans for implementing necessary changes or recommendations.
- Identify potential risks proactively and present strategies for mitigation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and audits of programs.
- Offer strategic advice to marketing leadership regarding program updates and changes from a people, process, and technology perspective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, or business is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role involving administration, oversight, and governance of programs with substantial budgets (over $10MM).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is essential.
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on outcomes and personal and professional development.
