Videographer and Editor

As a key member of the Marvin Creative Studio, our internal agency, we're seeking a skilled Videographer + Editor to help us craft compelling stories about the possibilities of Marvin's premium windows and doors. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, a creative vision, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring complex projects to life.

• Planning and Strategy (10%)
• Develop creative concepts and strategies to enhance Marvin's premium position in the market
• Project Leadership (40%)
• Lead the implementation and execution of video projects, collaborating with marketing, sales, internal communications, human resources, and product planning teams
• Editing, Animating, and Gear Maintenance (50%)
• Create high-quality edits, animations, and motion graphics for various projects
• Manage and maintain video equipment, including lenses, lighting, drone, and associated equipment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in videography
• 5+ years of experience in the field and in the studio
• Expansive portfolio showcasing production and post-production skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Apple OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of professional camera systems and settings
• Ability to color correct and grade footage
• Drone experience, FAA licensed operator preferred
