Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to enhance access to affordable healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurers, and life sciences companies to drive business growth and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on Medicaid policy, regulatory affairs, and healthcare compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory affairs, Medicaid policy, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations, laws, and policies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Active bar membership.
