BMS Cat & Blackmon Mooring is a leading provider of disaster recovery and restoration services. Our team of experts has been serving residential and commercial clients since 1948, offering a range of services including water damage remediation, reconstruction, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality water mitigation services, including water extraction and drying techniques.
  • Conduct demolition tasks and clean up debris removal of damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring.
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment, ensuring proper drying techniques are followed.
  • Lead a work crew, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Perform job cleanup and breakdown, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • IICRC certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in water mitigation and disaster recovery is essential.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to be part of our on-call rotation.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history.
Compensation and Benefits:

Your compensation will vary by location and experience level, ranging from $17 to $26 per hour. Company-paid medical insurance is available, along with other benefits.
