BMS Cat & Blackmon Mooring is a leading provider of disaster recovery and restoration services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Team Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality water mitigation services, including water extraction and drying techniques.
- Conduct demolition tasks, cleaning up and debris removal of damaged drywall, cabinetry, and flooring.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, following company guidelines for proper drying techniques.
- Lead a work crew, ensuring effective job completion and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- IICRC certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience in water mitigation and disaster recovery.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and good driving history.
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 to $26 per hour, depending on location and experience.
