M-W Marine Inc is seeking a skilled Parts & Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our parts and service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process service orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Restock shelves and reorder parts as needed to maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments of parts and supplies.
  • Ship parts and accessories to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills to efficiently process orders and maintain records.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work weekdays and Saturdays as required.

M-W Marine Inc offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-$18 per hour, based on experience. We also provide paid training, overtime hours, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, health insurance, Aflac, 401(k) program, employee discounts on parts and accessories, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
