Key Responsibilities- Perform transthoracic echocardiograms to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Set up and perform exercise and dobutamine stress echocardiograms, adhering to American Society of Echocardiography guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in cardiac ultrasound.
- Minimum 2 years of education in a recognized School of Nursing.
- Completion of a 2-year Allied Health degree in Ultrasound Technology or Cardiovascular Technology.
- ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac ultrasound.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification.
- Previous healthcare experience, such as CNA, EMT, PCA, or other related roles.
