iCloud and CloudKit empower billions of users through thousands of applications. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and excels in collaborative environments.

We are looking for an individual with a robust engineering background, who has a proven track record of delivering technical solutions and has successfully launched production applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with partner engineering teams integrating Apple iCloud features, maintaining awareness of project progress.
  • Offer architectural and implementation expertise for large-scale applications.
  • Review partner code, identify issues, and suggest enhancements.
  • Address open issues swiftly by engaging the appropriate team members and promptly communicating plans with clear accountability regarding project leads, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create documentation, provide product feedback, and offer tooling guidance to streamline processes for future partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in designing, delivering, and supporting solutions utilizing cloud services. Recent experience in software development using Swift, Objective-C, Java, or other prevalent programming languages. Familiarity with large-scale databases (Relational or NoSQL).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in deploying and maintaining scalable applications. Proficient in Data Modeling and API design. Skilled in managing technical and organizational complexities. Excellent communication abilities. Capable of building relationships with diverse groups. Flexible problem-solving approach. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent job-related experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is just one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a range. This allows for growth as you develop within your role. The base salary range for this position is between $175,800 and $312,200, dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
