Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our Inpatient Rehab Unit, you'll be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, assessing and reassessing patient condition, and initiating plans of care. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and reassess patient condition, initiating plans of care as needed
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, updating care plans as necessary
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and continue self-development
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate degree in Nursing
