We are seeking a highly-skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care in our inpatient oncology medical surgical unit.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Assess the patients condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.">
  • Work closely with oncology-certified nurses and cancer experts with the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute to create and implement a care plan to meet each patient's needs.">
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patients medical record.">

About You:

  • ">
  • You will have 1 year of nursing experience required and 1 year of oncology medical surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.">
  • You will be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred) and have current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.">
  • You will possess current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) Certification and Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.">

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
