Family Nurse Practitioner

CareATC is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a Health Center setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both primary care and occupational health, with a strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention. You will work collaboratively with our clinic staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care and occupational health to our patients.
We offer a unique model that partners directly with our employer clients, allowing us to focus on patient-centered care without the burden of managing the financial aspect of the business.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care to children ages 2+ and adults
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and health regimens as needed
- Conduct virtual care sessions when clinically appropriate
- Perform physical examinations, including pre-employment, annual, fitness for duty, and periodic exams
- Review and provide medical clearance for employees
- Interpret basic ECG, laboratory, audiometry, and spirometry testing
- Diagnose and treat occupational injuries and illnesses
- Medical assessments regarding work-relatedness of injuries and illnesses
- Medical case management of employees with work-related illnesses or injuries and personal medical leave
- Promote health and safety, and serve as a resource for our clients
