Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or environmental engineering
  • Knowledge of business concepts and accounting principles
  • 1-3 years' experience in a heavy civil environment, including internships or co-ops
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Values teamwork and effective communication
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Compensation:

Base salary range: $53,600-$90,000 (Southern Tier: $58,960-$99,000)

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials.
