Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee a team of field personnel tasked with delivering safe disposal services for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. This role involves coordinating subcontractors and field staff in accordance with job specifications and regulatory standards, while also providing essential guidance and training to all field service employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance value-added services for our clients.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when addressing client inquiries and propose solutions to existing or potential issues.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures as per departmental guidelines.
- Guarantee the accuracy and completion of all required documentation related to DOT/EPA and internal regulations.
- Ensure all mandatory training, including OSHA courses, is completed and up to date.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in hazardous waste management is required.
- Previous supervisory experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
- Comprehensive knowledge of waste disposal capabilities and limitations.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to project completion.
- Thorough understanding of contract terms and provisions.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to generate and prepare necessary reports.

Certifications and Licenses:
- A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Capability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) is required.
- Completion of 40-hour HAZWOPER Training is essential.
