We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the role of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Coordinator at Madeira Healthcare Center.


As an EHR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records within our Point Click Care system.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Protect electronic health records from breaches and unauthorized use, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain our Point Click Care system efficiently, streamlining clinical workflows.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include life insurance, LTD/STD, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and flexible spending accounts.


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A current LPN license and computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience with Point Click Care or similar electronic health record systems.
  • A minimum of a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and graduation from an approved LPN Program.
