Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to enhance our operations. As a crucial contributor, you will assist in refining our manufacturing and automation workflows, improving production efficiency, managing inventory, and ensuring data integrity while upholding rigorous quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, execution, and enhancement of manufacturing workflows and automation systems for radioisotopic power sources.
  • Perform time studies and process evaluations to boost efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Lead the creation of technical documentation and reports related to process enhancements and ISO 9001 compliance. Collaborate with senior engineers and colleagues to innovate and optimize production techniques and machinery.
  • Assist in the upkeep and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery and systems.

Qualifications:
