Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant for Comcast, you will play a key role in assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services. You will utilize your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks.
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly
