We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Revere Health. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments for patients
  • Greeting patients and registering them for appointments
  • Handling patient payments and billing
  • Preparing for the next day and completing tasks as needed
  • Communicating with patients via phone, email, and text
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma and one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm
