Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • A love for children and a passion for education
  • A CDA, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more experience in early childhood education
  • Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and remain calm
  • State and Goddard required trainings to be completed once hired
  • Meet Background check eligibility and additional state requirements
