### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple crews on multiple jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications and regulations
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of construction personnel
* Participate in estimating and bidding processes to ensure accurate project pricing and scheduling

### Requirements

* 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and crews
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
