The Educational Support Specialist will assist students who require special education services.

The Specialist will provide:

  • Assistance for students with special needs
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


The role encompasses various skills, duties, and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The capacity to offer constructive guidance to students while maintaining their dignity and respect
  • The ability to clarify curriculum expectations as directed by the educator
  • Professional collaboration with staff, students, and other service providers
  • Basic proficiency in technology
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
Compensation for the Educational Support Specialist is determined based on the current Paraprofessional Master Agreement.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
