Dialysis Technician Job Description

At Davita, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of dialysis treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average 3 times a week.
