SAP Finance Applications Senior Manager

At Solidigm, we are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance Applications Senior Manager to lead our team in implementing and maintaining efficient business, financial, and operational systems workflows aligned with organizational initiatives and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems to ensure optimal performance and system security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into optimal SAP solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and robust IT and finance experience.
  • Participate in strategic business planning with Finance and IT teams to develop enhancement options addressing specific functional needs or issues.
  • Lead functional and technical teams throughout all phases of project lifecycles, conducting comprehensive training sessions for end-users on new processes and solutions.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to monitor progress and resolve any issues, optimizing business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing of the SAP S/4HANA system, ensuring adherence to best practices for system security and data integrity.
  • Ability to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including experience in a consultative or IT role involving complex, large-scale SAP project implementations with a global user base.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP table structures, queries, Report Painter, and Report Writer, as well as expertise in system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth understanding of financial business processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, tax, treasury, consolidation, planning, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Profound ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.

Additional Information:

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles, the compensation range for this role is $124,330 to $186,670. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
