Job Overview

Requirements for Security Personnel:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of an active NV PILB (Private Investigative Licensing Board) Guard Card
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Adherence to schedules and punctuality
  • Physical capability to climb stairs, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to retain and communicate information effectively
  • Capacity to respond appropriately in emergency situations and operate portable radio devices
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Conduct security patrols throughout the premises
  • Carry out investigations and prepare incident reports
  • Respond to emergencies and accidents, ensuring the safety of guests and staff
  • Execute a variety of security-related tasks
