- Maintain thorough understanding of Night Audit processes and provide necessary training to staff.
- Support team members in their roles to guarantee exceptional service to guests.
- Oversee and uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated areas.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards in all cashiering procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Deliver a high standard of service to guests by managing the functional areas of reservations, check-in/check-out, bell services, telephone operations, and guest billing to maximize room revenue while adhering to established standards and procedures of Shaner and/or its franchises. Implement and uphold a robust service and management philosophy that guides the respective staff.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in front office management within the hospitality sector.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Effective communication skills with guests, management, and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
