Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Harborview Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will provide direct care to patients with complex wounds, including pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous ulcers. You will also develop and implement care standards, policies, and guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients with complex wounds
- Develop and implement care standards, policies, and guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Develop and teach educational offerings to staff
- Provide clinical consultation to other healthcare professionals
- Current WA State RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certification in wound care (CWCN)
- 3 years of clinical acute care experience
- 1 year of clinical leadership experience
