**Key Responsibilities**

    • Drive sales by creating a sales-generating environment through the implementation of all corporate sales directives.
  • **Customer Service**

    • Ensure merchandise standards and product presentations are of the highest quality.
  • **Leadership and Development**
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • **Communication and Teamwork**
    • Set the vision and direction for the store, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.
  • Ability to make decisions, communicate effectively, analyze financial information, and problem-solve.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
