">About the Role
">Snow Resort Equipment Specialists are the face of Ski Butlers. They interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support services, and picking up gear at the end of the rental period.
">Responsibilities
">- ">
- Deliver scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Communication, and Equipment.">
- Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.">
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.">
- Pack orders for future delivery.">
- Set up the next shift and future team members for success.">
Secondary Responsibilities
">- ">
- Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.">
- Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.">
- Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment.">
- Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders as they come into our system.">
- Schedule work assignments for the following shift.">
- Take reservations and issue refunds.">
