As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless transactions and interactions. About the Role:

This role involves working closely with guests and staff to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, dispatching Lodge Staff in response to guest requests, making, changing, and canceling reservations, serving as Lodge telephone operator, and answering inquiries about hotel services and other Mammoth California services.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Minimum one year experience in public or guest relations service
  • Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
