Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Resort Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless transactions and interactions. About the Role:This role involves working closely with guests and staff to ensure their needs are met. You will be responsible for greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, dispatching Lodge Staff in response to guest requests, making, changing, and canceling reservations, serving as Lodge telephone operator, and answering inquiries about hotel services and other Mammoth California services.
