About You:
As a professional in retail real estate, you will engage in the daily operations of our Atlanta Retail Team, enhancing your understanding of commercial leasing, marketing, and sales, alongside developing unique financial and research skills. We promote long-term growth and encourage your professional development.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Actively engage in cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities, following up on leads to assist in closing deals.
2. Maintain and update company databases to track prospects and opportunities within the retail sector.
3. Demonstrate a positive attitude while learning about the business and local market by attending industry events and networking.
4. Undergo training to understand the operational standards of Colliers.
5. Prepare supporting materials for offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
6. Create and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and other essential documents.
7. Progress towards independently managing retail real estate transactions from inception to completion.

What You Bring:
- 1-2+ years of brokerage experience, including phone and in-person canvassing; quality internship experience is also valued.
- A valid Real Estate license in the State of Georgia.
- A high level of motivation, energy, and initiative in all tasks.
- Strong interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A desire to advance within the commercial real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
