  • Manage restaurant financials, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, inventory, and banking methods.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and service, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
