Job Title: Salesforce Senior Technical Architect/Developer

About the Role:

eVerge Group is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Technical Architect/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions for our clients using Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
  • Ownership of all design and technical architecture aspects of Salesforce.com data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products
  • Provide industry expertise and guidance to clients
  • Responsible for defining development standards in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, and other technologies
  • Technical leadership to set best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and management of technical debt
  • Work closely with leadership and client stakeholders to seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge with multiple Salesforce products including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud as well as industry verticals
  • Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Hands-on experience with Flows and Lightning App Builder
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and activities concurrently
  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, and success driven personality
  • Ability to lead and work as part of team
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce.com Technical Architect experience in Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
