About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Flood CSR II to join our team at Bankers Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Insurance Operations department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our agents, policyholders, and underwriting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming questions and concerns from agents, policyholders, and underwriting teams, demonstrating a clear understanding of our flood program and products.
  • Apply underwriting guidelines to process Cash Reports, FEMA reports, and other workflow functions, maintaining expert knowledge of multiple underwriting guidelines and processing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to identify processing enhancements and improve our operations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of clerical support or customer service experience, with a focus on insurance operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively express oneself verbally and in writing.
  • Outlook experience and data entry skills (1200 kpm) required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
  • Salesforce and AS400 experience.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
