Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to retain customers and increase revenue for Verizon.
- Implement and execute complete digital and traditional marketing plans, providing ownership of CRM multi-channel communications to existing Verizon customers.
- Actively review campaign results and evaluate opportunities to collaborate with internal and external teams for testing and enhancement.
- Develop creative and data strategy briefs for multi-vehicle customer communications programs.
- Administer and coordinate marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget, and effectively manage and track agency scopes of work.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, creative development, database marketing team, project management, and execution teams on logistics of communications deployment as needed.
- At least six years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign orchestration and CRM multi-channel communications.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint applications) and Google Suite.
- Experience with campaign automation tools such as JIRA, Adobe Campaign, HTML.
We offer a competitive salary range of $114,000.00 to $212,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
